The first three chapters are theoretical, covering ideas about how people conceptualise the internet and how that affects their use of it. It&#039;s pre-blogs (late 90s) but there&#039;s still lots of good stuff there. If your library doesn&#039;t have it you can get it on interlibrary loan.</description>
